1. Develop skills to improve the quality and safety of care provided at your institution.
2. Identify potential quality and safety improvement projects in your everyday work environment.
3. Review the resources available at our institution to take action.
4. Examine quality improvement methodology
5. Reflect on safety efforts by a diverse set of disciplines across the institution.
6. Demonstrate ability to utilize Epic for data collection and analysis
