Overview
Along with medical and social issues affecting child wellness, pediatricians must be able to address health system changes, including coding, billing and practice management issues, in order to effectively improve patient health in the current healthcare system. 

Objectives
Upon completion of this live activity, the participant should be able to:

  1. Describe the new HIPAA proposed rules that attempt to provide more accessibility to patients and "individuals"
  2. Identify the principal changes in the E/M outpatient visit CPT codes for 2021
  3. Identify the causes and symptoms of compassion fatigue
  4. Discuss some of the tools available for pediatric practice marketing
  5. Describe the anti-vaccine mindset and anatomy of an online attack
