Overview
This series will focus on current treatment practices and controversies in the care of children, adolescents, and young adults with diseases of the blood and cancers. This series will review current literature and background for treatment improving the care of children with the disorders discussed.


Objectives
Upon completion of this live activity, participants will be able to:

  1. Describe the current treatment options for the disorder discussed
  2. Discuss the diagnostic tools used to make diagnosis.
  3. Discuss the epidemiology of the disease process discussed.
  4. Apply the information discussed to the care of patients.
